Job summary

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification is required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care needs.
• Support mobility, including transfers, ambulation, and repositioning.
• Help patients with meals, hydration, and daily comfort measures.
• Obtain and document vital signs; monitor and report observations.
• Record intake and output information; collect specimens as directed.
• Assist with cardiac monitoring and related tasks.
