Cura of Watkins is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants for the evening shift to care for residents with compassion and professionalism. You will support daily living activities, monitor patient well-being, and collaborate with nursing staff to maintain safety and comfort in a CMS-rated facility.

The role offers competitive starting pay of $22.60/hour plus experience, with a $3/hour shift differential for evenings.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA certification or enrollment in a CNA course (we offer free CNA courses).
• Strong observational and communication skills.

• Familiarity with infection control standards and patient safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including assistance with activities of daily living such as dressing, and toileting.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff promptly.
• Ensure patient safety during evening hours and respond to call lights and patient requests timely.
• Maintain a clean and safe patient environment consistent with infection control policies.
• Document patient care activities accurately and communicate pertinent information during shift handovers.
• Collaborate effectively with the nursing team to ensure continuous, high-quality patient care.

Cura of Watkins (formerly known as Hilltop) is seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our evening crew team! We are a 5 star CMS rated facility with multiple years of deficiency free MDH surveys. We take pride in the care we provide.

In this role, you will provide essential care and support to our patients during our evening hours, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well‑being. Our CNA positions are vital in monitoring patients and assisting with their needs while working collaboratively with nursing and healthcare teams. CNA starting wage: $22.60 + experience!

Evening shift is from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm, with a shift differential of $3 more an hour.

Key Responsibilities
