The CNA role offers the starting wage of $22.60/hr plus experience, with an evening differential of $3/hr. Evening shift runs 2:00 pm–10:30 pm, enhancing team care and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA certification or enrollment in a CNA course.
• Strong observational and communication skills.
• Reliability and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including ADLs (dressing, toileting).
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Ensure patient safety during evening hours and respond to calls.
• Maintain infection control and a clean patient environment.
• Document care activities and handover information.
• Collaborate with nursing team to maintain high-quality care.
