Pelican Valley Senior Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide hands-on care and companionship to residents, supporting daily activities and comfort in a respectful, resident-centered environment.

The role requires an active Minnesota CNA certification, 12 hours of ongoing education annually, and a passion for seniors with strong interpersonal skills and teamwork. Evening/weekend shifts offer a competitive wage and supportive team culture.

Formación

• Must hold Minnesota CNA certification.
• 12 hours of continuing education annually required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on care including ADLs per residents' Plan of Care (dressing, grooming, meals, mouth care, toileting, bathing, walking, transferring).
• Take and record vital signs (BP, temperature, pulse, respiration).
• Encourage socialization through activities and resident interaction; support residents and families.
