Qualifications

• Must hold Minnesota CNA certification.
• 12 hours of continuing education annually required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care including ADLs per residents' Plan of Care (dressing, grooming, meals, mouth care, toileting, bathing, walking, transferring).
• Take and record vital signs (BP, temperature, pulse, respiration).
• Encourage socialization through activities and resident interaction; support residents and families.
