Job summary

FellowshipLIFE Inc in New Jersey is seeking dedicated CNAs to join our compassionate team across Skilled Nursing/Sub-Acute, Assisted Living, and Memory Care settings. This full-time role is based in Manchester Township with 3p–11p shifts, including every other weekend, in a newly expanded sub-acute household.

You will deliver nursing care, monitor residents, assist with meals and ADLs, and maintain a safe, hygienic environment while supporting a caring, team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in good standing with NJ Board of Nursing.
• Willingness to learn and grow as a healthcare professional.
• Previous experience as a Nursing Assistant is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures is advantageous.
• Experience in memory care, hospice, or medical-surgical settings is a plus.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to post-acute residents.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes promptly to the supervisor.
• Communicate residents' conditions to the nursing team.
• Assist with meals, feeding, and support ADLs.
• Maintain a hygienic environment and safe surroundings.
• Act as liaison among medical staff, residents and visitors.
• Aid in moving and repositioning residents as needed.
• Provide compassionate companionship and foster a positive environment.
