Qualifications

• CNA certification in good standing with the NJ Board of Nursing.
• Willingness to excel and grow as a healthcare professional.
• Experience as a Nursing Assistant or similar role preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures advantageous.
• Experience in memory care, hospice care, or medical-surgical environments a plus.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to post-acute residents.
• Monitor vital signs, reporting changes promptly to the supervisor.
• Observe and communicate residents' conditions to the nursing team.
• Assist with meals, feeding, and support residents in ADLs.
• Maintain a hygienic environment.
• Act as a liaison among medical staff, residents, and visitors.
• Aid in moving and repositioning residents as needed.
• Provide compassionate companionship and foster a positive environment for residents.
