Job summary

Crescent Point at Niantic is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM) and 3rd shift (11:00 PM–7:00 AM). Starting hourly wages are $20.75 with an additional shift differential of $1/hour for 2nd and 3rd shifts, located in Niantic, CT.

We welcome a caring CNA to join our warm, home-like community. Prior experience in skilled nursing or assisted living is preferred but not required; dementia experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Document care provided and report changes in health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional care.
• Other duties as needed.
