Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Completion of an accredited CNA program required.
• One year of experience as a certified nursing assistant preferred.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, EHR systems, and HR platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including grooming, hygiene, dressing, nutrition, and mobility.
• Respond to signals and determine residents' needs promptly.
• Record vital signs and input/output as directed.
• Assist with meals, housekeeping, and transportation as needed.
• Encourage participation in activities and social engagement.
• Communicate observations to the care team and families.
