Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide routine nursing care to residents per policies and procedures.
• Maintain the highest quality of resident care at all times.
• Follow facility policies, nursing procedures, and safety rules.
• Make rounds to administer care and verify resident identification.
• Report missing ID bands to the admissions coordinator immediately.
• Make beds, clean bedside tables, and keep water pitchers filled.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, DON, or Administrator.
