ST. FRANCOIS MANOR in Farmington, MO seeks a Driver/CNA to join our care team. Responsibilities include safe operation of the vehicle, assisting residents, scheduling appointments, and helping passengers enter and exit the vehicle.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Six to 12 months of work experience operating, loading, and unloading a motor vehicle.
• Ability to lift, maneuver, and assist up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to communicate clearly with residents and staff.
• Experience working in long-term care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate assigned motor vehicle.
• Interact with patients/residents of a nursing home facility.
• Schedule and manage resident appointments.
• Assist ambulatory and non-ambulatory individuals entering/leaving the vehicle.
• Ensure passengers are seated safely inside the motor vehicle.
• Secure residents’ mobility devices such as walkers and wheelchairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance checks and report needs.
