Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Kansas, in good standing.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Previous experience transporting seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to medical appointments and activities.
• Assist residents with entering and exiting vehicles.
• Maintain accurate transportation logs and vehicle documentation.
• Support nursing staff with resident assistance as needed.
