Qualifications

• Computer skills are required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding.
• Measure and record vital signs, weight and intake/output as directed.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning using proper body mechanics.
• Respond to call lights and changes in condition; report to licensed staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation per facility procedures.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents to foster a positive environment.
• Maintain a clean, safe and comfortable environment; assist with postmortem care as needed.
• Contribute to residents' care plans and assessments (MDS/CAA's).
