• Promptly answers call lights and reports changes to RN promptly.
• Documents vitals, intake/output, nutrition, hygiene, weights, and reports findings to RN.
• Assists with delegated patient care tasks under nurse supervision.
• Provides patient-centered care with sensitivity and teamwork.
• Communicates concerns about hazards or errors to the health care team.
