Fairview Skilled Rehab & Nursing Home is seeking a compassionate CNA/Dietary Aide to join our team. This role blends resident care with assistance during meal service to ensure comfort and safety.

Responsibilities include helping residents with daily living activities and meals, delivering trays, and following dietary orders. The position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Current New York State CNA certification required.
• Nursing home or healthcare experience preferred.
• Dietary or food-service experience is a plus.
• Reliable, compassionate, and able to work well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Assist residents with meals and feeding as appropriate.
• Deliver and collect meal trays.
• Help set up residents for meals and ensure comfort and safety.
• Follow resident diet orders and dietary restrictions.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and infection-control standards.
• Report changes or concerns regarding residents to nursing staff.
• Work closely with the nursing and dietary departments.
• Maintain resident dignity, privacy, and compassionate care.
