Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities in Southampton, MA, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate daily living support in our skilled nursing neighborhood.

Under supervision of licensed nurses, you will assist residents with bathing, grooming, mobility and meals, monitor wellbeing, and promptly report changes to ensure safe, high‑quality care. This full‑time role offers strong benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current State CNA certification.
• Current CPR certification (or within 3 months of employment).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, toileting and mobility.
• Provide direct, hands-on daily living support with priority on safety and dignity.
• Monitor residents' well-being and report changes to licensed nursing staff.
