McPherson Health and Rehab in McPherson, KS, is seeking a day shift Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring clinical team. This full-time role focuses on assisting residents with ADLs and delivering compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Completed a state-approved Nurse Aide Training Program.
• Current Kansas certification/registration to practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Desire to work with the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility.
• Record temperature, pulse, respiration, and weight; perform range of motion as needed.
• Observe and report changes in condition, attitude, or behavior and document appropriately.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements while delivering compassionate resident care.
