• Provides assistance to residents with activities of daily living.
• Performs routine duties and duties as directed by nursing staff, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
• Measures vitals and documents information accurately on forms.
• Assists with restorative exercises and supports nurses as needed.
• Maintains clean, stocked and safe environment; supports families emotionally and spiritually.
