Arnot Health is hiring a Certified Nurse Aide to provide nursing care for residents aged 16 and over in skilled and long-term care settings. The role reports to the Nursing Supervisor and requires adherence to care plans, documentation, and teamwork within the Skilled Nursing department.

Responsibilities include routine resident care, safety, sanitation, and active participation in care plan conferences to tailor resident care.

Qualifikationen

• Certified Nursing Assistant certification is required.
• CPR (Heartsaver) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications within 90 days.
• Previous CNA experience is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Perform routine nursing and restorative care as directed by a nurse.
• Record progress and report changes to the nurse in charge.
• Provide resident care and promote comfort according to care plans.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of resident rooms and equipment.
