Job summary

AdventHealth in Littleton, Colorado is hiring for a Full-Time PCT/CNA role with a day shift. NEW HIRE SIGN-ON BONUS UP TO $10,000. You will perform patient care under RN guidance, document procedures, and maintain safety standards in a fast-paced acute care setting.

Requirements include High School Grad and BLS/CPR certification. Prior bedside care is preferred. Excellent teamwork and communication are essential to support quality patient care and resident well-being.

Qualifications

• High School Grad or Equiv [Required].
• CPR/BLS certification required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Performs treatments according to policy and procedure, providing patient care appropriate to age, mobility, acuity, and culture.
• Functions appropriately in clinical emergencies.
• Participates in performance improvement activities and supports quality standards.
• Follows isolation guidelines and safety regulations.
• Learns continuously and upgrades skills.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team.
• Maintains a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
• Assists in the delivery of patient care under the direction of a registered nurse.
• Documents and reports procedures per department policy.
• Assists in obtaining a nursing history and reports abnormalities.
• Identifies patient needs and performs other duties as assigned.
