Job summary

AdventHealth Littleton is seeking a dedicated healthcare assistant to support bedside patient care during night shifts. You will perform treatments and ensure safety, comfort and dignity for patients in an acute care setting.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 1+ year PCT experience, and BLS; CNA/CPCT-A certification is also requested. A sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 is available for eligible new hires.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1 year of PCT experience is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• CNA/CPCT-A or equivalent certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform treatments per policy and provide patient care appropriate to age, mobility, acuity and culture.
• Respond appropriately in clinical emergencies.
• Support performance improvement and quality initiatives.
• Follow isolation guidelines and safety protocols, including proper PPE use.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn and upgrade skills continuously.
