Job summary

Responsibilities

• Takes vital signs and assists with activities of daily living.
• Charts observations and reports pertinent changes to supervision.
• Escorts patients to and from destinations and maintains a safe environment.
• Orders, receives and stores supplies and performs basic clerical functions.
