Job summary

Westminster St. Augustine is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for our Health Center. This full-time role operates on the 3-11pm shift, providing routine nursing care under supervision while preserving residents’ dignity and rights.

Must be Florida-licensed (CNA) with CPR. Prior long-term care experience is preferred; strong teamwork and communication are essential to fit into our Caring Westminster Family.

Qualifications

• Must be a Florida-licensed CNA with CPR.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Take vitals and report changes to the nurse.
• Maintain hygiene and room cleanliness.
• Document in CNA ECS flow-sheet promptly and accurately.
• Ensure safety rounds and proper repositioning.
