Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Nursing Assistant I listing with NC DHHS.
• BCLS certification must be maintained by end of orientation.
• No previous work experience required; prior experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients, equipment and supplies for procedures and provide manual assistance as required.
• Obtain and record patient data for medical records and inform RN/LPN of information collected.
• Administer treatment and personal care procedures including feeding, bathing, and hygiene; assist with personal needs.
• Take and record vital signs, I&O, and assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Assist with admission, discharge, and transportation of patients.
