Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents on the 7-to-3 shift.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
