Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- A passion for high-quality, person-centered care.
- Strong communication & teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with activities of daily living.
- Take and document vital signs and monitor residents' wellbeing.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
- Assist with meals and ensure proper nutrition.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
- Communicate changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
- Help promote a positive atmosphere for residents, families, and co-workers.
