Ellen Memorial Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center LLC is seeking a dedicated CNA to join our team for the 7am–3pm shift. You will provide direct patient care, assist with ADLs, and help maintain a safe, respectful, and home-like environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch direct patient care to residents in our 7-to-3 shift, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care
• Ensure a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols
