Job summary

Gundersen Health System in La Crosse, WI, is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join Emplify Health’s caregiving team. You will provide compassionate care to residents with dementia, cognitive disorders and behavioral health conditions.

The role offers 0.9 FTE (72 hours bi-weekly) with 12-hour rotating day and night shifts, every third weekend and three holidays per year, and starting pay of $18.64/hour plus experience-based increases.

Qualifications

• Wisconsin Registered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) registration required.
• Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents with dementia, cognitive disorders and behavioral health conditions.
• Work 12-hour rotating day and night shifts (6:30 am–7:00 pm and 6:30 pm–7:00 am).
• Work every third weekend and three holidays per year.
