Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living.
- Provide personal care and assistance with mobility.
- Assist residents with meals and other daily needs.
- Answer call lights and respond promptly to resident requests.
- Observe residents and report changes or concerns to the nursing team.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable resident environment.
- Work closely with nurses and other members of the care team.
- Treat every resident with dignity, kindness, compassion, and respect.
