Recover-Care Healthcare in Gardner, KS is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate daily resident care, assist with ADLs, and uphold high standards of safety and ethics. This role offers shift differentials, a daily pay option, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, and a supportive team including a Charge Nurse and RN Supervisor.

Formación

• CNA certification required.
• Compassionate and caring demeanor.
• Reliable and able to meet shifts and responsibilities.
• Proficient reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide compassionate CNA care to residents per policy and procedures.
• Assist residents with ADLs: eating, dressing, transferring, walking, bathing, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights.
• Prepare residents for therapy sessions, activities, and appointments.
• Adhere to infection control procedures.
• Document and chart care provided for each resident.
• Wage includes shift differentials and bonuses.
