Springfield Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is hiring CNAs to join a 90-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility focused on compassionate, dignified resident care. The role involves assisting with daily living activities, reporting changes, and maintaining a safe, clean environment under supervision.

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities (3pm-11pm) with daily pay and a competitive hourly wage of $18–$24. Join a values-driven team dedicated to excellence in care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of employment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under supervision of licensed staff in a safe, compassionate manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care to meet residents’ physical, emotional, and daily needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment that promotes dignity and well-being.
• Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
