Job summary

Westmoreland Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Virginia is seeking CNAs to provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available with daily pay, and a competitive hourly wage.

You will assist with activities of daily living, document changes, and support the care team. The role requires an active CNA license and BLS/CPR certification; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active CNA license in the state of employment.
• BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under supervision in a safe, compassionate manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Provide supportive care to meet physical, emotional, and daily living needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment that promotes dignity and well-being.
• Support nursing staff and care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
