The role includes mentoring, coordinating training, and ensuring adherence to regulations under the supervision of Clinical Services leadership.

Responsibilities include assessing learning needs, planning and tracking training, coordinating orientations, maintaining student records, and participating in safety and quality

Qualifications

• Assess learning needs through observation and assessments.
• Plan, conduct, monitor and track training to meet state requirements.
• Coordinate center orientations and provide modules to students.
• Maintain organized student files/records for each class.

Responsibilities

• Assesses learning needs of students through direct observation and assessments.
• Plans and tracks training to meet state requirements.
• Coordinates orientations of students and provides modules under supervision.
• Maintains student files and attends mandatory meetings.
• Ensures credentialing per state/federal regulations.
• Supports safety and incident reporting processes.
