Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Provides basic nursing care to patients under the direction of a licensed nurse, including assistance with ADLs, vital sign measurement, and accurate documentation.
• Maintains professional behavior and prioritizes workflow to complete all assigned duties while adhering to policies and promoting patient safety and confidentiality.
• Collaborates with other healthcare team members, participates in staff meetings and training sessions, and notifies the licensed nurse of any patient concerns.
• Demonstrates basic knowledge of nursing procedures and proficiently uses medical supplies and equipment, ensuring proper storage and cleaning.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the supervising nurse, such as assisting with patient care in different units and orienting new staff members.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education
