Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Current Certification as a CNA or Home Health Aide in the state of work.

Responsibilities

• Review the log book and assignment sheets for updates at the start of each shift.
• Assure that residents are neat, clean, and properly clothed. Assist with bathroom and hygiene needs.
• Tidy apartment and proactively assess potential safety concerns.
• Transports residents to and from activities and dining.
• Provide one-on-one support to engage residents in activities or offer a quiet space to calm them when required.
