Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care Group's River Pointe Assisted Living in Provo, UT is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant. You will provide CNA services per care plans, assist with activities of daily living, and support nursing staff in a warm, compassionate senior living environment.

The role is non-exempt, hourly, with a wage range of $14.00–$16.00 per hour. CPR/BLS and a high school diploma are required, with additional state certification and food handler permits as applicable.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state (preferred, not required).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Current Food Handler Permit (when applicable)
• Must have no disciplinary action in effect against certification.
• Skilled Nursing or Assisted Living Facility: At least one year of experience as a CNA in a SNF or ALF is preferred, not required)

Responsibilities

• Provides CNA services to residents per care plans and facility policies.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living.
• Assists with lifting, turning, moving, and positioning of residents.
• Coordinates dining room services at mealtimes and documents meal intake.
• Delivers dignity and respect to residents and reports changes to nurses.
• Follows safety, infection control, and confidentiality policies.
