Job summary

Essentia Health is seeking a Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care in a skilled nursing facility. Qualifications

• Current registration on applicable state nursing assistant registry or within 4 months of hire/transfer.
• Transition from Nursing Assistant – Student requires registration at hire/transfer.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and nutritional needs; ensure safety and comfort.
• Report changes in resident condition to shift nurse promptly; maintain a clean, safe environment.
