Job summary

Stratford Manor Health & Rehabilitation in Monroe, NC is looking for compassionate CNAs to join our long-term care team. We offer full-time and part-time roles across 7a-3p, 3p-11p, and 11p-7a shifts, with pay ranging from $17.00 to $19.44 per hour plus shift differentials and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time positions.

Qualifications

• CNA certification in good standing in relevant state
• Experience in long-term care or senior living preferred
• Compassionate, reliable, patient-centered
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care to residents under supervision
• Assist with daily care: bathing, grooming, hygiene, and equipment placement
• Keep residents dry and comfortable; change gowns/linens as needed
• Handle linens, beds, and maintain infection control practices
• Assist with bowel and bladder functions
• Transport residents to appointments, activities, and social programs
• Assist with lifting, positioning, and transporting residents safely
• Assist residents with ambulation and perform restorative procedures
• Record heights, weights, temperatures, pulses, respirations, and blood pressures
