Westminster Assisted Living & Memory Care of Cullman is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated team. The CNA will provide direct care, assist with daily living activities, monitor residents' health, and support the nursing team to maintain safety and well-being.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare, senior living, or long-term care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Support residents with eating, hydration, and nutritional needs.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the nursing team.
• Provide companionship and promote social engagement.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures in healthcare regulations.
• Assist with emergency situations as needed.
