Westminster Assisted Living & Memory Care of Decatur is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Decatur, AL team. You will provide direct resident care, assist with daily activities, and support the nursing team in maintaining residents’ health and well‑being.

Required: High school diploma or GED and completion of a state-approved CNA training program. Preferred: 1 year of relevant healthcare experience and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Measure and monitor vital signs; report changes to nursing staff.
• Provide companionship and encourage participation in activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment; follow infection control and safety procedures.
