Job summary

Covenant Living in Chicago, IL is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join our caring team serving older adults in assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care. CNAs provide direct daily care, assist with activities, meals, and mobility, and help maintain a clean, safe living environment.

Ideal candidates will have completed a state-approved Nursing Assistant program, be listed on the State Nursing Assistant Registry, and hold a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or the equivalent.
• Completion and passing the test for an approved Nursing Assistant program in the State.
• Listed on the State’s Health Nursing Assistant Registry.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct daily care to residents per procedures.
• Assists with activities, light housekeeping, laundry, and dining services.
• Assists with bathing, dressing, meal preparation and feeding as needed.
• Maintains resident rooms in a clean and orderly condition.
