Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living in Rhode Island is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver high-quality resident care in a warm, home-like setting. You will assist with activities of daily living, document care, and report changes to the care team.

Qualifications

• Valid Rhode Island CNA license is required.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living setting is preferred but not required.
• Experience working with residents with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report changes to the care team.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional care.
• Perform other duties as needed.
