Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred, but not required.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
• CNA certification with State Board required or in process for endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Provides resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assists with activities of daily living: bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, feeding.
• Collects vital signs and documents resident information.
• Assists with transferring, positioning, and range-of-motion exercises.
• Supports wellness and recreational programs and communicates changes to the RN.
