Job summary

The Landings of Swansboro is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct care to residents, assist with daily living activities, and support the nursing team in maintaining health and well–being. This on-site role requires compassion, strong interpersonal skills, and reliability.

You will monitor residents, assist with ADLs, and promote safety and dignity in a supportive, resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or GED; CNA training required.
• Active CNA certification in good standing with the state.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Measure and record vital signs; observe and report changes to the nursing team.
• Support residents with eating, hydration, and nutrition.
• Foster meaningful relationships and encourage participation in activities to promote well-being.
