The Landings of Chestnut Grove in Sparta, NC is hiring a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate direct resident care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program is required.

• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents' needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide ADL assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the nursing team.
• Assist with medication reminders and basic healthcare tasks under supervision.
• Foster meaningful relationships and encourage engagement in activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control procedures.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and assist with care as needed.
