Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility.
• Measure and record vital signs; observe and report changes to nursing staff.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and nutritional needs; monitor intake.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control procedures.
