Job summary

Freedom Staffing, LLC is seeking a compassionate CNA to provide consistent resident care and support licensed nursing staff. You will assist with bathing, dressing, hygiene, mobility, and other ADLs, following facility policy and care plans.

Responsibilities include charting I&O, turning and repositioning residents, collecting specimens as directed, aiding with rehabilitation activities, maintaining clean rooms, and promptly answering call bells. Shift work and variable hours are required.

Qualifications

• Willing to work variable hours as needed.
• Care for residents with daily living activities per care plans.
• Accurate charting of I&O and care records.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with bathing, dressing, hygiene and all ADLs as needed during shift.
• Changes linen on beds with bath schedule and/or PRN.
• Takes and records signs per policy.
• Assists residents in and out of bed as needed.
• Turns residents while in bed per Facility policy.
• Repositions residents while out of bed per Facility policy.
• Assists with oral hygiene including denture care.
• Answers call bells promptly following Facility policy.
• Completes patient care records at end of shift, including I&O.
• Collects urine or stool specimens as directed.
• Gives enemas as directed.
• Maintains clean patient/unit areas.
• Assists with rehabilitation programs and charting.
