Job summary

Signature HealthCARE, LLC seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant for Glasgow Rehab & Wellness Center. Join a 78-bed facility delivering short-term rehabilitation and long-term care, with a focus on resident-centered care and quality of life.

CNAs perform direct resident care, assist with ADLs, monitor vital signs, and support a compassionate, team-based environment. Eligibility requires an active CNA certification.

Qualifications

• Current, active Nursing Assistant certification from the state of operation.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a nursing team and under licensed staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care under supervision of licensed nursing personnel.
• Assist with activities of daily living per the resident's plan of care.
• Record vital signs, weights, intake/output and other information as assigned.
• Turn and position residents; promote a compassionate environment.
• Assist in orientation and training of staff and other duties as assigned.
