Signature HealthCARE is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant at our South Pittsburg Rehab & Wellness Center. CNAs provide direct resident care under licensed staff, promote a compassionate environment, and support daily living activities per the resident's plan of care.

Qualificações

• Current, active Nursing Assistant certification from the state of operation.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a nursing team under supervision.
• Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Approachable, flexible, and adaptable to change.
• Function independently and maintain integrity while working with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Perform direct resident care duties under supervision of licensed nursing personnel.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) per plan of care.
• Change bed linens and maintain grooming supplies in resident rooms.
• Ambulate and transfer residents using appropriate devices and body mechanics.
• Record vital signs, weights, intake/output, and other information as assigned.
• Routinely turn and position residents and support resident rights.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in assigned duty areas.
• Answer call lights promptly and assist resident needs.
• Assist in orientation and training of other staff.
