Qualifications
- Current, active Nursing Assistant certification from the state where the facility operates.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a nursing team and under licensed nursing staff.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care under supervision of licensed nursing personnel.
- Promote a compassionate physical and psychosocial environment for residents.
- Perform ADLs within the scope of practice and resident plan of care.
