Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care-Willow Springs in Tooele, UT is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide resident care under the direction of nursing leadership. The role requires adherence to care plans, policy compliance, and teamwork with nursing, dietary and other staff.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state (preferred, not required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Current Food Handler Permit
• Must have no disciplinary action in effect against certification.
• At least one year of experience as a CNA in long-term care (preferred, not required).

Responsibilities

• Provides CNA services to assigned residents per care plans and policies.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living per care plans.
• Documents weight, meals, and intake; assists with mobility and positioning.
• Coordinates dining services and assist with feeding as needed.
• Reports changes in resident condition to nurse and supervisor.
